You'll partner closely with leaders across Walmart Connect International and Sam's Club Connect to shape strategic priorities, evaluate critical business decisions, design operating models, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) priorities.
• Develop structured workplans that drive clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
• Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions that support long-term business objectives.

• Design and implement new operating models, governance structures, and ways of working.
