About the Role

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a highly influential role focused on driving the organization’s priorities through collaboration, facilitation, and strategic oversight rather than direct authority. The position operates within a matrixed, fast‑moving environment and requires seamless coordination across executive and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s agenda, develop meeting agendas, and coordinate follow‑up for ELT meetings, quarterly reviews and off‑sites.
  • Produce and disseminate accurate, up‑to‑date materials, verifying information with source owners.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, acting as project sponsor or lead, and provide executive dashboards and milestone updates.
  • Facilitate annual and multi‑year strategic planning, synthesize input from business units, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects, partner with unit leaders to remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead deep‑dive analyses on market opportunities, M&A targets, or new business models for CEO consideration.
  • Represent the CEO on selected work streams, committees, and task forces.
  • Schedule and prepare background briefings for external engagements, collaborating with Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and HR.
  • Maintain confidential, neutral relationships with ELT members; practice active listening and disciplined information flow.
  • Offer counsel to the CEO on critical decisions, calibrating escalation levels and timing to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience working closely with C‑level executives and managing multiple high‑priority initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and project‑management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of structuring ambiguous problems and driving actionable solutions.
  • Strategic thinker who links tactical activities to broader objectives.
  • Technology fluency and proficiency with project‑management tools.
  • Evidence of professional networking, internal and external, and the ability to build trust with senior leaders.

Requirements:
Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work; some travel required.

Salary Range: $189,700 to $278,567 USD.
