Business Operations Manager

We're partnering with our client, a leading financial and marketplace ecosystem, to find a talented Business Operations Manager. This is a Hybrid role in Hoboken, NJ. The position involves leading operational processes, analyzing data insights, and driving strategic improvements to support seller growth and marketplace success.

• Oversee seller onboarding, offboarding, and other seller-facing functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize seller feedback and analytics to enhance products and service delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product and operational success.
• Conduct strategic analysis by examining market trends and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Address complex and ambiguous business problems through independent solution development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and the ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
