Byservingasthebridgebetween Product and Operations ,theLaunch Readiness Managerenablesseamlessproductadoption ,minimizesoperationaldisruption,andestablishescontinuousfeedbackloopsthatinformfutureproductdevelopment.

The team leads the successful launch and operational readiness of new products within Walmart Connect by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. They focus on risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and scalable, supportable launches. Acting as a key link between product development and operations, the team ensures smooth adoption while minimizing disruptions. They drive continuous improvement through feedback that shapes future initiatives.

Expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk mitigation enables the delivery of efficient, high-impact business outcomes aligned with Walmart’s strategic objectives.
