Position Summary...

The Director,Technology Operationsleadsthestrategyandexecutionofaneworganizationresponsibleformeasuringandimprovingthe Walmart Marketplacebuyerexperience .Thisroleestablishesthetechnicalplatform,operating model,andqualitymeasurementframeworkneededtoidentifyproductqualityissues,listinginaccuracies,andratingsandreviewsintegrityrisks.

• Partneracross Product,Engineering,Marketplace,Trust&Safety,and Operationstoturninsightsintomeasurableimprovements.
• Leadamultidisciplinaryteamofengineers,datascientists,analysts,andproductleaders.
• Communicate Marketplacequalitytrendsandbusinessimpacttoexecutiveleadershipthroughtrusted,data-driven insights.
