Contract Duration:
Expected through Jan 2027 with a strong possibility to extend 12 months
Pay Rate: $57/hr paid weekly on a W2
Role Overview
This position will support the successful launch and adoption of a new moderation platform by developing and coordinating the integrated launch readiness strategy. This role serves as the cross-functional integrator responsible for defining the overall readiness approach, coordinating execution across work streams, tracking the progress of readiness activities, and ensuring the organization is prepared to adopt and support the platform. This role will not be responsible for creating all functional deliverables such as training content or SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the integrated launch and readiness strategy that aligns all work streams toward a successful rollout.
- Define the overall readiness approach, sequencing, milestones, and governance model.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning to define launch activities and resolve gaps.
- Proactively identify risks to launch and readiness and work with functional owners to develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Ad Policy, PMM, Rev Ops, TED, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholder groups.
- Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify organizational impacts, readiness needs, and adoption risks.
- Partner with functional owners to define business process updates, SOPs, operational support models, and escalation paths.
- Conduct training needs assessments and partner with business groups to develop the training strategy and curriculum framework.
- Develop the integrated communications strategy and plan, and draft internal launch communications.
- Coordinate technical readiness activities such as UAT, cutover planning, and Go/No-Go readiness reviews.
