Senior Manager, Operations – Transformation & Enablement

• Lead central strategic work streams for short- and long-term priorities at WMC International and Sam’s Club MAP
• Disambiguate multifaceted business questions and drive paths forward through proactive and ad-hoc work streams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability using workback plans and tracking inputs, action items, milestones, and execution progress
• Drive cross-market and cross-functional ways of working and business connectivity
• Define stakeholders and roles, diagnose key areas to solve, and develop objective hypotheses and path-forward options
• Synthesize complex inputs and data into clear, hypothesis-driven narratives for executive audiences
• Manage iterations based on stakeholder input and take stakeholders along through the process
• Facilitate executive decision-making and own end deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
• 1 year’s supervisory experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy at large, matrixed organizations
• Hypothesis-driven thinking
• Ability to listen, communicate, and manage stakeholders
• Crisp, audience-focused communication skills for explaining complex situations and paths forward to executives
• Strong executive presence
• Ability to operate independently and proactively manage processes
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed and evolving business environments
• Experience with in advertising or eCommerce preferred, especially at Walmart Connect
• Preferred: leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
• Preferred:
  Master’s in Operations Management
• Preferred:
  Project Management Professional certification
