What you'll do:

• Leadandexecutedatasciencefor Walmart’sHigh Value Habits initiatives ,focusingondeepeningcustomerloyaltyandretentionthroughdata-drivenstrategicplanning.
• Design,build,anddeploysophisticatedquantitativeframeworks(causal inference,propensity models,cohort analyses)
• Leadprojectteamsthatinclude Data Engineering ,Product,Marketing,Strategy and Financetoensuredata-driveninsightsareintegratedintotheproductroadmapandfinancialforecasts.
• Implementingandscalingbestpractices.
  
  Thisincludeswriting/reviewing
  User Defined Functions (UDFs)tostandardizecomplexbusinesslogic
• Actasasubjectmatterexpertinleadershipforums,usingdatatochallengeassumptionsanddriveacustomer-centricculture.
