What you'll do:

• Own0-to-1discoveryfornewproductopportunities,fromproblemidentificationthroughvalidation,prototyping,pilot,andscale/pivot/stop recommendations.
• Leadhands-oncustomerdiscoveryandresearch:definelearninggoals,conductinterviewsandconcepttests,synthesize insights,andtranslateevidenceintoproductdecisions.
• Frameambiguousproblemswithclearcustomerproblems,hypotheses,andsuccessmetrics.
• Rapidlycreateconcepts,andprototypesusingdesignandAI-assistedtoolstoacceleratelearning.
• Assess desirability,feasibility,viability,market dynamics,and Walmart’sdifferentiatedrighttowin.
• DefineMVPsandexperiments,using qualitative/quantitativeevidencetoprioritizeandmaketradeoffs.
• Partner cross-functionally across
  
  Product,Design,UXR,Engineering,Data Science,Strategy,and Legal.
• Buildcompellingnarrativesandrecommendationsforseniorleaders.

• Strongproductmanagementfundamentalsanddemonstratedsuccessinambiguous,0-to-1environments.
• Hands-oncustomerresearchexperience,includingplanningandconductingresearchindependently.
• Entrepreneurial,high-agencymindsetwithcomfortwearingmultiplehatsacrossstrategy,research,design,and execution.
• Strongproductanddesignsense,withabilitytocreatelightweightprototypesandPOCsusingmodernAItools.
• Excellentstructuredthinkingandanalyticalskillstoframeproblems,develop hypotheses,evaluate opportunities,anddefinemeasurableoutcomes.
• Strongcommunicationandinfluenceskillsacrosscross-functionalteamsandseniorleaders.
