We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. This is a travel-required position between both spas.

Our Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ‘round—and we love that!
More specifically, our qualified Spa Coordinator:- Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
- Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
- Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
- Supports the General Manager and leadership team
- Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Maintains a clean, professional, and well‑organized front desk environment
- Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
- Meevo experience required or highly preferred
- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
