The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking Full‑Time and Part‑Time Spa Concierge team members. As a Spa Concierge, you will serve as the first and last impression of our spa, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized service and an exceptional luxury experience.

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Provide personalized attention from arrival through departure
• Educate guests about The Woodhouse experience, amenities, services, and spa offerings
• Guide guests through the spa and ensure a seamless and relaxing visit
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful attention to detail
• Support daily spa operations and assist leadership in ensuring smooth business flow
• Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding The Woodhouse standards of excellence

• Previous hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred
