Spa Coordinator

Come join the Woodhouse Day Spa team! We are hiring Full‑Time and Part‑Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well‑organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
