This position requires travel to both our Hoboken and Montclair locations.

$15.92 per hour. $1,000 sign‑on bonus for team members working 36+ hours per week.

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Provide personalized attention from arrival through departure.
• Educate guests about The Woodhouse experience, amenities, services, and spa offerings.
• Guide guests through the spa and ensure a seamless and relaxing visit.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful attention to detail.
• Support daily spa operations and assist leadership in ensuring smooth business flow.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding The Woodhouse standards of excellence.

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Previous hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
