  • Mentor and support CSAS literacy coaches to strengthen consistency, coaching impact, and instructional excellence across schools.
  • Model and guide effective implementation of structured literacy programs.
Data-Driven Instruction

  • Collaborate with school leaders to design and monitor action plans that accelerate reading growth for all learners, including ELLs/MLLs and students with disabilities.
Professional Development and Capacity-Building
  • Facilitate professional learning communities (PLCs), workshops, and teacher learning sessions aligned with the Science of Reading and district literacy goals.
  • Develop and deliver leadership coaching sessions to help principals and assistant principals support literacy fidelity and accountability.
  • Provide actionable, strengths-based feedback to teachers and coaches that builds capacity and sustains impact.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Partner with district and school leaders to align instructional priorities, coaching goals, and student outcome targets.
  • Support internal CSAS teams by contributing to professional learning content, tools, and exemplars that elevate instructional practice.
  • Model professionalism, preparation, and integrity in all interactions with school and district partners.
