All Saints Episcopal Day School, a Pre‑K through Grade 8 independent school in Hoboken, New Jersey, seeks an Early Childhood Teacher beginning in August 2026.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience teaching students aged 3‑5 years old
  • A clear personal commitment to high‑quality academics and values‑driven education
  • Knowledge of Responsive Classroom practices
  • Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Programme
  • Interest in community service and engagement

Teachers at All Saints enjoy small classes of 12‑18 students in an environment that intentionally promotes not just academic achievement that qualifies students for admission to selective secondary schools, but also social‑emotional growth and responsibility. It is a values‑driven culture and a place where colleagues enjoy both collaboration and thoughtful professional development.

Highlights of the Early Childhood experience include a focus on the development of the whole child. Students at all grade levels engage in interdisciplinary learning and memorable milestone projects. Students in Pre‑K3 learn and practice public speaking skills as they interview members of the community;
Pre‑K4 students learn about the post office and create and run a school‑wide mail service during National Postcard Week in the spring; and Kindergarten students research animals and host a farm day with a traveling farm.

A teacher’s salary currently ranges from $55,000 to $99,000 (including long‑time service awards); a candidate’s actual salary will be determined by experience and credentials.
