School Psychologist | Part-time | Hoboken, NJ6 hours a week, supporting various schools in Hoboken.

OverviewWe are currently seeking an NJ School Certified Psychologist for part‑time (6‑10 hours per week).
School psychologists work with students in grades K‑12, providing psychological evaluations and determining services in accordance with New Jersey state law, IDEA guidelines, and Catapult Learning policy and procedures. Catapult Learning provides all testing materials and supplies. Salary range = $65‑70/hr. 1099 position.
ResponsibilitiesHow you’ll be there for students:
Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
- Consultation and collaboration with school staff, families, and students.
- Participate in an assessment plan meeting of students assigned for an initial or re‑evaluation.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations that include, but are not limited to, assessments of intellectual, developmental, academic, social/emotional and behavioral status.
- Interpret assessment results, create written evaluation report, and submit written report to all designated contacts within the required timeframe.
- Lead assessment feedback meetings to review assessment results/findings/recommendations with all applicable parties present.
- Maintain student caseload in compliance with state timelines and other state and company guidance.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Comply with all Catapult Learning and school district policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic School Psychologist we seek has these qualifications.
- Active New Jersey Certification in School Psychology
- Catapult Learning employees are subject to state and local licensure and pre‑employment screening.
- Must be willing to travel to schools in Hoboken where school psychological evaluations are requested.
