Position: Packaging Development Engineer
Location: Hoboken, NJ.

Job Type: Contract‑Hybrid (3‑4 days onsite, 1 year possibility of extension).
Job Description- Packaging briefing to existing packaging supplier.
- Looking for new packaging supplier.
- Trial brief and requirements – Coordinating materials for packaging trials.
- Packaging material technical information.
- Tweaking/Confirming final specification with supplier.
- Packaging assessment and benchmarking.
- Assessing packaging Fit for use.
- Conducting packaging action standard tests.
- Packaging specification.
- Packaging specification action standards.
- Creating PAM spec in our PLM system.
- Palletisation: creating pallet pattern using the final case dimensions and information.
- Use of our system preference which is TOPS (or alternatively CAPE).
- Diploma/Graduate/Post graduate degree in Packaging or related field.
- 5+ years experience in FMCG, Food, CPG or related field.
- Communication skills, fluent in English (global English).
