The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to pioneer innovative structural solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of solar power projects.
Responsibilities
- Design structural components for photovoltaic systems, including mounting systems, frames, and supports.
- Conduct site inspections and structural analysis to ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural designs with electrical and mechanical system requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in solar technology and structural engineering.
Required Skills
- Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP
2000, STAAD. - Pro)
- Strong understanding of load calculations and material fatigue
- Experience with CAD software for drafting and designing
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures applicable to solar installations
