Location:

As a Tax Manager within the International Corporate Tax Advisory competency, you will advise corporate and private equity clients on international tax matters including cross‑border controversy, policy advisory, quantitative services, and restructuring. You will manage projects, lead a client service team, and ensure high quality and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical tax advice and planning services to a portfolio of projects.
- Manage global project teams, including engagement economics and team development.
- Coach and develop a highly trained team, offering performance feedback and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, understanding their unique needs.
- Stay current on emerging tax trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Own new initiatives, maintain reputation as trusted advisors in a regulated industry.
- Identify and answer complex domestic and international tax issues.
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
- Manage budgets, projects, and people effectively.
- Maintain status as a trusted advisor through continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree with ~5 years related experience, or graduate degree with ~4 years related experience.
- US CPA license or US state bar membership.
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal‑structuring, post‑acquisition planning, and/or transaction consulting with international tax research, planning, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects.
- Competitive base salary range $116,200‑$212,900 nationwide, $139,400‑$242,000 for NYC, Washington, and California.
