This internship is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting live M&A transactions. Interns work directly with senior bankers and gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle.

• Support live M&A transactions from initial outreach through closing
• Assist in preparing pitch materials, CIMs, and buyer lists
• Conduct market and buyer research across private equity and strategic acquirers
• Build and update financial models and forecasts
• Analyze revenue, cost structure, and EBITDA performance
• Help manage data rooms and diligence requests
• Track deal activity, outreach, and timelines
• Work with internal tools to organize and interpret financial data

• Undergraduate (junior/senior) or graduate student
• Strong interest in investment banking, private equity, or healthcare
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Exposure to real M&A transactions
• Experience building financial models and valuation materials
• Direct interaction with senior bankers
• Insight into the home-based care sector
• Practical understanding of deal execution
