Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hoboken, NJ, for an Associate Broker. The Associate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in securing financing, conducting market research, preparing loan documents, and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders. The role involves handling client inquiries, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Additionally, the Associate Broker will work closely with the senior brokerage team to develop strategic funding solutions for clients.
