Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions with real business impact.
- Translate business problems into scalable AI architectures and production-ready systems.
- Build solutions using RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and hybrid reasoning approaches.
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Apply MLOps, LLMOps, and FMOps for automated, reliable AI deployments.
- Work hands-on with LLMs, predictive models, and agentic AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and cloud teams.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Bring 10+ years of experience with 4+ years in AI/ML solution or architecture roles.
