The RoleWe are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and hands‑on Director of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee all digital initiatives across our brand. This role combines high‑level strategy with strong execution in website management, digital content creation, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Shopify and e‑commerce operations, a strong eye for visual presentation, and the ability to produce compelling digital content that elevates a luxury brand.
This leader will oversee our entire digital ecosystem – including website strategy, e‑commerce operations, digital content, and online brand presence – while helping scale our digital growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Oversee all digital channels including website, e‑commerce, email marketing, and paid media
- Manage digital budgets, performance metrics, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support brand campaigns, launches, and in‑store initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, customer acquisition, and online experience
- Lead strategy and day‑to‑day management of website
- Oversee product uploads, merchandising, and digital organization
- Ensure all products are presented with high‑quality photography and compelling visuals
- Optimize website user experience, navigation, and conversion performance
- Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and digital best practices
- Manage integrations, apps, and third‑party tools with Shopify
- Oversee digital content strategy with a strong focus on product images, short‑form video, and product storytelling
- Direct and contribute to videography and photography for web and social platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital content
- Manage Google Business profiles and ensure brand consistency across digital listings
- Monitor online reputation, reviews, and customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, cohesive digital presence across platforms
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversation trends
- Support tracking of marketing‑driven leads and customer touchpoints
- Translate analytics into actionable growth strategies
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or related leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Shopify website management and optimization
- Proven experience with digital content creation, videography, and product photography
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce best practices and digital growth strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
- Experience in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry is a plus
