About the RoleAt Wiley, we welcome you for who you are and what you bring. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with Power BI expertise to join a marketing analytics team and influence strategic decision‑making through data models, reports, and dashboards.
How you will make an impact- Develop and maintain shared semantic models in Power BI using star‑schema design.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Big Query for use in Power BI.
- Define and implement best‑practice report/data management through Microsoft Fabric integrations.
- Review and optimize reports for performance, style consistency, and best‑practice improvements.
- Consult on building data models and structures that enable accurate, efficient reporting.
- Guide early‑stage wireframe design to support effective visualization and user experience.
- Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights for key stakeholder decision‑making.
- Experience (4+ years) in Data Modelling, Data Analysis, or similar domains.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, semantic models, and Microsoft Fabric tools.
- Proficiency in creating SQL queries for large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data governance.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to organize and maintain datasets meticulously.
- Excellent communication skills, able to define technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Big Query or other data‑warehousing platforms.

Salary Range:
85,500 USD to 122,567 USD
