LEAD SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER Z/OS
Hybrid work environment (3× week on site required). Great benefits & annual bonus program.
Proven skills as a Lead Z/OS Systems Programmer (main focus of skills):
- Z/OS product installation & support (CA products, IBM)
- Supervisory skills to mentor staff
- User exits (REXX, COBOL, BAL/ASSEMBLER)
- I/O configuration expertise
- Z/OS mainframe performance & tuning
- Debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools
**** Position is very "hands on" but proven leadership capabilities are very important
Responsibilities include leading on Z/OS systems programming, product installations, support, mentor staff, and managing performance tuning.
