Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, revenue-focused Affiliate Partner Manager to build, activate, and scale our affiliate ecosystem across both IT services (eMazzanti Technologies) and digital marketing solutions (Liquisite).
This role is not just about recruiting affiliates—it’s about driving real revenue through partnerships. You will identify, onboard, enable, and manage partners who actively generate business through referrals, campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a scalable affiliate/partner strategy aligned with company revenue targets
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates (agencies, consultants, influencers, technology partners, associations)
- Build vertical-specific affiliate pipelines (e.g., SMB, healthcare, legal, municipalities, e-commerce)
Partner Activation & Revenue Generation
- Onboard affiliates with clear go-to-market strategies and success plans
- Drive active engagement and transaction volume from partners
- Launch co-branded campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives with affiliates
- Continuously optimize conversion, performance, and partner ROI
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners
- Maintain consistent communication cadence (check-ins, performance reviews, enablement sessions)
- Provide partners with tools, training, and support to close deals effectively
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track affiliate KPIs: pipeline created, deals closed, revenue generated, conversion rates
- Analyze performance and identify high-performing vs. underperforming affiliates
- Implement strategies to scale top partners and re-engage or replace inactive ones
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align initiatives
- Support campaign development (landing pages, outreach sequences, content)
- Collaborate on promotions, webinars, and partner events
