Process Improvement Consultant

Kforce's client in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Process Improvement Consultant to streamline workflows and build scalable automation solutions across sales, operations, and marketing. This is a highly execution-focused role-ideal for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing them end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

* Identify manual processes and build automation solutions to eliminate them

* Integrate systems and tools to enable seamless data flow

* Improve data access, reporting, and real-time insights

* Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions

* Train teams on new processes and tools
* Experience in process improvement, workflow design, and automation

* Proven ability to build and implement solutions (not just advise)

* Background in digital media, agency, eLearning, or similar environments preferred

* Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean environments

* Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on,
-builder- mindset

* Experience integrating CRM, ERP, or marketing platforms

* Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and AI-driven automation
