ETL Tech Lead

ETL Lead/Manager

We're looking for a hands-on ETL Lead/Manager, who will be responsible for leading individual contributors. Candidate should be able to mentor technical staff, as well as contribute to project work. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Data Warehousing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect and implement data flows to support running cutting-edge ETL techniques on massive amounts of data.
• Lead a team of ETL resources through data mapping, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Perform information management assessments and create detailed strategy and roadmaps surrounding data warehousing, and integration.
• Accurately estimate the ETL, database/data warehouse, and data architecture components of a solution from requirements through deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of client facing consulting experience related to data integration/ETL and data warehousing design and implementation, preferably in insurance/reinsurance domain
• Expertise with Resource & Task Management
• Expertise with data mapping, ETL development and testing, and database design
• Expertise with staff development, coaching, and mentoring
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation/facilitation skills

Your technical capabilities should include:

• Hands-on experience with both relational and dimensional databases
• Hands on experience with Informatica Power Center 9x, Oracle Golden Gate
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools preferably Cognos or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Exposure to Cloud integration technologies is a plus
