The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

The role is a senior network infrastructure leadership position responsible for managing a highly dynamic environment with global interactions in designing, deploying, and operating large-scale, complex enterprise networks across data centers, WAN, cloud environments, and voice environments. The position requires deep hands‑on expertise in Cisco-based infrastructure, ACI, SD‑WAN, AWS networking, national and global networks, advanced routing, and switching technologies, along with strong experience leading transformational network initiatives.

Understanding of voice technologies including Cisco collaboration, IPC trader voice platform, Nice, telecommunication carriers, and telecom service and cost management. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive strategic network and voice architecture, ensure high availability and security, and deliver reliable, cost-effective network solutions that support business growth and innovation. Work across the Americas MUFG business providing network service as negotiated between MUFG entities.

• Significant experience leading and managing network engineering and voice teams.
• Senior team management and leadership experience.
• Manage and maintain financial efficiency of network services and work with senior leadership on technical and financial goals for the network infrastructure.
• Solid experience must include designing / deploying / operating large enterprise complex network environments managing data and voice network infrastructure.
• Hands‑on engineering experience with knowledge in the following network technologies:
  Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, F5 load‑balancers, virtual private network (VPN) concentrators, Cisco ACI, SD‑WAN, AWS cloud services, DNS, and others for all data centers and branches environments.
• Design, deployment, and troubleshooting experience in MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, ether channels, Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), virtual private cloud (VPC), virtual datacenter (VDC), and general knowledge around NTP, SNMP, Net Flow, CEF, security protocols, and network management tools including datacenter network manager (DCNM), Solar Winds, and Wireshark.
• Proven related technical experience with planning, engineering, design, and implementation of complex enterprise networks using Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, network management and monitoring systems.
• Deep experience with network architecture, IT infrastructure, IT application technologies, and frameworks.
• High level of proven expertise in QoS design and implementation required.
• Solid experience leading datacenter and WAN transformational network engineering efforts. ACI, SD‑WAN, and AWS cloud.

• Highly proficient in managing teams designing, developing, delivering, and supporting complex data and voice environment for corporate and trading operations.
• Expert in determining business requirements and providing detailed designs.
• Expert in designing, deploying, migrating, and troubleshooting Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and SD‑WAN.
