As a Manager in Logistics and Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's logistics functions, from the inception of product origin to the endpoint of consumption. Your innovative approach to process design and refinement will ensure that our customer requirements are met with excellence. You will lead multi‑faced projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management, driving continuous improvement through research, analysis, and benchmarking against industry best practices.

• Evaluate, design, customize and optimize digital and cloud‑based solutions. Work with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.
• Exhibit leadership in managing complex technical initiatives, holding accountability for your team’s performance and results. Guide others with your expertise, interpreting issues and recommending high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure personal time is billable to external clients.
• Lead the successful delivery of work streams and oversee progress and completion of project deliverables.
• Engage in client‑required travel and maintain constant client engagement in active participatory roles. Head work streams from planning to execution and closing, reconnoiter potential opportunities for additional services, and respond to specific requests for proposals.

• Work in project teams through agreed‑upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client’s project lifecycle.
• Lead team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital and emerging technology consulting market.
• Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technologies and business platforms.
• Team up with client technology professionals and third‑party strategic alliances.
• Develop long‑term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
• Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders and executives.
• Formulate solutions to intricate problems.
• Influence the establishment of new policies or procedures.
• Provide direction and feedback to subordinates.

• Typically no less than 4‑6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies.
• Related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and warehousing domain.
• Lead and be responsible for Blue Yonder WMS modules with deep functional and domain expertise and hands‑on experience in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
• Know how the integration between Blue Yonder WMS and other supply chain systems (e.g., TMS, LMS) can be integrated.
