MDM​/STEP (Stibo) Architect

Job Title

Skills and Requirements:
Experience in implementing MDM solutions. At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of the MDM solution for Product MDM or PIM. Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required. Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions. Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution. Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices. Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops. Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices. Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules.

Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration. Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules. Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals.
