Tax Support Associate

Intuit is seeking a Tax Support Associate to help customers confidently use Turbo Tax and related financial products. In this role, you'll answer tax and product questions, guide users through filing steps, and troubleshoot common software issues via phone, chat, or email. You'll use Intuit's tools and knowledge bases to research solutions, document interactions, and escalate complex cases. Working in a collaborative, learning-focused culture, you'll stay current on tax changes, contribute customer insights to product teams, and help millions of people file accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax support to Turbo
• Tax and other Intuit customers via phone, chat, or email
• Guide customers through basic tax concepts, data entry, and product navigation
• Research and resolve common tax and software issues using Intuit knowledge bases
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases to senior tax or technical teams
• Collaborate with peers and specialists to improve support workflows and resources
• Meet or exceed quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
• Identify and share customer feedback to enhance Intuit tax products
• Stay current on tax law changes, Intuit product updates, and support procedures

Required Skills

• Individual tax preparation fundamentals (Form 1040, credits, deductions)
• Basic understanding of U.
• S. federal and state tax law
• Proficiency with tax software (Turbo
• Tax or similar)
• Customer support via phone, chat, and email
• CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Data entry accuracy and documentation
• Troubleshooting software and user issues
• Knowledge base and research skills
• Written and verbal communication
• Bilingual tax support (Spanish/English) a plus
