- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains
- Ensure data quality and fitness for purpose
- Develop and apply data strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design, validate, and tune predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Create data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams as required
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations
- Deploy and monitor models in production
- Write, test, and document code supporting data science initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions, data pipelines, and search improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics-related field; OR Master's degree in one of these fields and 2 years' experience; OR 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and statistical hypothesis testing
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau
- Experience with data strategy, data quality standards, governance, and scalable data storage solutions
- Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using relevant evaluation metrics
- Advanced analytical modeling techniques
- Knowledge of deploying and monitoring models in production environments
- Effective communication skills to present data insights and guide junior team members
Demonstrates expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning, with a strong focus on data quality, strategy, and visualization. Proficient in Python and experienced in deploying models in production environments while effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
