Role Overview

Our client is a global leader in digital learning and workforce development, building technology that impacts millions of users worldwide. They are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize their core Content Authoring Platform at the Senior Director level. In this high-impact, hands‑on leadership role, you will sit at the intersection of platform strategy, technical product leadership, and AI innovation to transform a complex legacy ecosystem into a user‑centric, AI‑enabled platform.

$280,000 – $320,000 base plus bonus and Equity. ( Based on experience )

Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a week onsite)

• Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong track record as a player‑coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+).
• Hands‑on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day‑to‑day continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
• Direct experience integrating AI/ML‑driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications.
• Establish a rigorous, data‑driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
