Background & Purpose of the Job

The Demand Fulfillment Manager is responsible to oversee and manage planning to meet service levels by balancing the resources and collaborating with the wider business. Navigates across short-, medium- and long-term needs, responds very quickly to internal and external stimulus to deliver across all the horizons. Demonstrates a mastery of navigating trade-offs through Demand and Supply reconciliation to bring their voice to the Business Unit representing end to end planning.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead forecast reviews in Consensus meetings (including pre-forecast, forecast, risks & opportunities, gap closing), ensuring volume forecast is aligned with financial forecasting.
  • Monitor and action waste prevention – Finished Goods, Packing and Raw.
  • Manage crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.
  • Spearheading implementation of continuous improvement programs initiated by Business Operations organization.
  • Responsible of portfolio management and segmentation.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • MBA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning (with a large focus in Supply Planning) and Manufacturing.
  • 3+ years as a manager or leadership position including responsibilities for the oversight of a team.
  • Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration a must.
  • Strong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externally.
  • Holding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing Supply Chain integrated performance, strategic vision and influencing.
Pay

The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus:
