Parfums de Marly is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our Operations team in Hoboken, NJ. The role focuses on forecasting demand, analyzing trends, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain to balance inventory with promotions and launches.
You will maintain rolling 18–24 month forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy, work with IT on ERP improvements, and lead demand consensus meetings across functions.
