Demand Planner
Join a fast-growing luxury fragrance group, regrouping the Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Privés brands. In the context of strong growth, we are structuring our S&OP processes to support performance and enable better decision-making across the organization, and we are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our Operations team and be the Parfums de Marly brand's demand planning pillar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting demand, analyzing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Demand planning & Forecasting:
- Develop, maintain and improve rolling 18-24 month demand forecasts at SKU, channel and product family levels.
- Utilize statistical forecasting techniques and business intelligence tools to generate accurate demand plans.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, customer demand patterns, promotional activities and product lifecycle impacts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
- Identify forecast risks and opportunities, and provide mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, by partnering with sales and marketing teams to align demand plans with upcoming promotions, product launches, and business strategies
- Lead demand consensus meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Data Analytics:
- Forecast Accuracy

- Conduct root cause analysis
- Create KPI scorecards and reporting
ERP Management:
- Manage demand planning master data in SAP
- Maintain forecast inputs, planning parameters, items master data updates.
- Ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with IT on system improvements and automation projects.
Inventory:
- Monitor Inventory levels, stock availability and projected demand requirements.
- Identify low stock, out of stock, excess and obsolete inventory risks.
- Fill Rate / Service Level
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in distribution, or within the consumer goods and retail industries.
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and software.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and SAP (SAP Business ByDesign module experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and various demand planning tools.
- Knowledge of S&OP processes and best practice KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus, to support our LATAM partners).
