- Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Logistics Operations Department supporting the Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range:$30 - $33 hourly
Contract:5 Months (extension possible)
What's the Job?- Manage inventory activities at collaborative manufacturers and re-packers across North America.
- Perform inventory transactions, adjustments, and physical inventory audits within SAP ERP system.
- Report on production and shipment data, monitor processes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inbound and outbound shipping costs and reduce business waste.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and deployment teams to implement logistics strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required for consideration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations (can be from intern/co-op experiences)
- Advanced Excel;
Experience working with SAP ERP systems or similar inventory management tools. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop clear process maps.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
