They are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize their core Content Authoring Platform at the Senior Director level. In this high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role, you will sit at the intersection of platform strategy, technical product leadership, and AI innovation to transform a complex legacy ecosystem into a user‑centric, AI‑enabled platform.

Head of Product - Content Authoring Platform (Senior Director)

$250,000 - $300,000 base plus bonus and equity (based on experience).

Hoboken, NJ (expectations 2-3 days a week onsite)

• Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong track record as a player‑coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+).
• Hands‑on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day‑to‑day continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
• Direct experience integrating AI/ML‑driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications.
• Establish a rigorous, data‑driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
