Account Manager

We're seeking an Account Manager to support a dynamic team. Our client is a creative production company focusing on retail clients. This position is based in a role that requires excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for designated teams and projects, managing daily communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers through ongoing engagement.
• Act as the main liaison for resolving issues and conflicts efficiently, while keeping management informed of any concerns.
• Maintain consistent communication with business and creative teams throughout all project phases, ensuring deadlines and schedules are adhered to.
• Facilitate effective information flow and stakeholder coordination for project adjustments and seasonal initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in account management or client services within a creative or media environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, on MAC or PC.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicts.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
