What you'll do...

• Driveexecutionofmultiplebusinessplansbyidentifyingneeds,developing priorities,andremovingobstaclestoenhanceperformance.·
• Leadanddevelopassociatesthroughmentoring,coaching,andperformancemanagementtobuildahigh-performing team.·
• Partnerwithseniorleaderstodefinegoals,assess risks,andcommunicateprogramrequirementstostakeholdersandexecutiveleadership.
• Overseeprogrammanagementprocessimprovementsbyconductinganalyses,developing solutions,andensuringalignmentwithcompanystrategy.
• Fostercollaborationacrossteamstoincreaseservicecapabilitiesandimplementprocessenhancements.
• The Sr Managerwilloversee ,workforce planning,andcyclicalprogramsincluding
  performance management
  ,talent reviews,succession planning,engagement,andthe
  
  Annual Operating Plan .

• Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams while establishing clear performance expectations.

• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive sponsors with clarity and influence.
• Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementation of best practices aligned with organizational strategy.
