Area Sales Specialist

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth? We're seeking an Area Sales Representative to manage and grow a designated territory while serving as a trusted partner to our customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Develop strategic plans to grow market share and exceed sales goals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records in CRM

• 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or territory management experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Experience in retail, consumer goods/CPG, distribution, or B2B sales is a plus
