This team translates complex business objectives into data-driven retail media strategies while maintaining strong executive client relationships. Members work together to deliver integrated solutions, overcome challenges, and ensure successful execution. The team emphasizes continuous improvement by leveraging insights and analytics to guide decisions and optimize results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Communicate effectively across departments to align strategies and incorporate feedback into sales plans.
• Manage financial outcomes by overseeing revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency within assigned areas.
• Utilize data and metrics to analyze challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive execution of business plans by removing obstacles and adapting to changing priorities.

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic advertising sales plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing sales performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
