Hudson United Title is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Associate Title Sales Representative & Closer to join our growing team based out of Jersey City, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the title insurance and real estate industry while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, professional and eager to build relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and industry professionals throughout Hudson County.

Mon-Fri Schedule###

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and investors
• Attend office meetings, networking events, closings and industry functions
• Assist in generating new title orders and business opportunities
• Support senior sales representatives with client follow-up and account management
• Coordinate and attend closings as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
• Deliver marketing materials, presentations and educational resources to clients
• Maintain communication with clients from contract through closing
• Assist with resolving title and closing-related issues proactively
• Represent Hudson United Title professionally within the marketplace

• Real estate, title or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable networking and meeting new people
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation required for territory coverage
• Active in social media platforms
• 100% Commission, draws are available
