Science Factory Camp, part of Bright Horizons, is seeking a Seasonal Substitute Camp Counselor to help run days smoothly for campers ages 6–12. This in-person, on-call role supports hands-on activities with prepared plans, supervises groups, and maintains a safe, engaging environment.
We value patience, energy, and calm leadership in fast-paced settings. You’ll bring energy, build relationships with kids and families, and support camp staff during a June–August session in Hoboken, NJ.
