Our client is expanding its Salesforce CRM Platform team to support the continued growth of its Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative. This Senior Salesforce Developer will help design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while supporting multiple enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience and is comfortable learning emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
• Build scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and quality engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.

Must Have

Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality.
• Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices.
