Head Fitter/Installer – Bayford Lofts Ltd (Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas). Bayford Lofts Ltd is a specialist in loft storage solutions and is seeking a skilled fitter to join our growing team based in Hertfordshire.

We carry out installations throughout various locations in the UK such as London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridge, the South Coast, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

You’ll lead installations of loft storage solutions, including boarding, hatches, ladders, and insulation, ensuring every customer receives a safe, practical, and professional finish. This hands‑on role offers ownership of jobs and the chance to make a real impact as the company grows.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Carpentry, joinery or multi‑trade experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently, lead jobs, and deliver excellent customer service
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record
• Comfortable working in lofts and at height

• Competitive salary: £45,000 per year, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday work, with optional Saturdays for extra earnings
