Position Title: Senior Accountant

A fast-growing company in the broadband and wireless infrastructure industry is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong senior accountant to support revenue recognition under ASC 606, cost and inventory accounting, and monthly close activities. This position offers cross-functional exposure across finance, operations, and executive leadership, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to revenue, inventory, and cost of goods sold
• Analyze deferred revenue balances, rebates, and other variable consideration under ASC 606
• Support the accounting for stock rotations and rebate accruals, ensuring proper application of technical accounting guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and their revenue recognition implications
• Assist in preparation of monthly revenue fluctuation analysis and support documentation for internal and external reporting
• Perform inventory and cost accounting activities in accordance with ASC 330, including PPV, GRNI, SIT, and excess/obsolete inventory reserves
• Help support the development of internal policies and ensure SOX 404 compliance, identifying and remediating control gaps where necessary
• Contribute to audit readiness by preparing detailed schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to revenue, inventory, and close cycle automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA eligible strongly preferred
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and general U.S. GAAP principles
• Experience in cost or inventory accounting highly preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Sage Intacct, or similar
• Experience in telecom, software, or technology environments a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
