We are always on the look out for experienced and detail focused people to join us as an Costing Clerk

• Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan
• 401(k) Savings Plan
• Supplemental Insurances
• Paid Vacation time

• Post deals sent from the Finance Department
• Responsible for used car purchases and dealer trades (including billing the deal, preparing MSO’s and any other related task to this process)
• Update accounting gross profit in the log
• Ensure logbook is balanced every month
• Any other administrative/clerk work as assigned

• 1 years’ experience of costing work in a dealership
• Advance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry
• Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.
