Target Compensation: 75k-85k based off experience level
Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining supporting documentation
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Assist with financial reporting, budget-to-actual analysis, and management reporting
- Partner with internal departments and support audit and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- CPA or active progress toward CPA certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
Net Suite experience is a plus
